Abstract
Armenian issue on the agenda of the Turkish nation has de facto emerged since 1865. The Problem was moved with San Stefano (1878) and Berlin treaties to international dimensions. This issue, rather than being an Armenian matter, was used as a tool for the pursuit of raw materials needed by the industrializing countries and market acquisition ambitions. For the superiority of one power over another, much blackmail was resorted in history. Armenian issue to this day reserved its the freshness to apply involuntary sanctions on Turkish nation has to uphold.
